How does one ticket work across different operators?
When you book, anygo confirms every leg of your trip with each operator and keeps all their passes together on one ticket in the app. As you travel, it shows the right pass or code for each stage automatically.
How do I pay?
Once, at booking, with UPI, a card or net banking. Your single payment covers every leg plus a small convenience fee, shown clearly before you confirm.
What is the convenience fee?
A small charge for planning, booking and ticketing your whole trip in one place. It is always shown in the fare breakup before you pay, never added afterwards.
What if a cab cancels or I miss a connection?
anygo spots the disruption and re-plans the rest of your journey for the same fare. There is nothing extra to pay.
Which cities is anygo in?
anygo launches in its first cities soon. More will follow as services on the ONDC network grow.
Can I book on the website?
Not yet. Planning, booking, your ticket and live tracking all live in the anygo app, coming soon for Android and iPhone.
Do green points turn into cash?
No. Green points unlock benefits from our travel partners, never cash. We will share the partners and benefits closer to launch.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Payments run through a licensed payment aggregator and we never store your UPI or card details. Your location is used only to plan and run your trip.
